Fees for arbitration services are charged at a rate of $600 per hour, including study time (attending pre-hearing conferences, reviewing briefs, panel deliberations and award preparation).
Fee for mediation services are charged at a rate of $5,000 per day, which includes preparation time and time spent at the mediation beyond normal business hours to bring the matter to a resolution. Mediation services for a half day (up to 4 hours) are available at a rate of $3,000 per session.
For matters involving significant travel, there is no charge for travel time a such. Charges for such matters will include out of pocket travel expenses, such as air fares, lodging, meals, etc.
Cancellation policy: A cancellation fee of $3,000 per day of reserved arbitration hearing or mediation time and $2,000 per half day of reserved mediation time will be charged if cancellation occurs within 30 calendar days of the first scheduled date.
